Before your appointment

If you are coming in for any procedure involving your face, please:

  • avoid wearing makeup to the appointment

  • continue taking all regular medications

  • let us know if you are needle-phobic or very anxious in advance

  • minimising caffeine & alcohol may decrease the risk of bruising slightly

If you need to change an appointment

You can change or cancel your appointment yourself via the link in your confirmation email (at the bottom). Please let us know if you will be late or can't make your appointment. A $20 deposit is required for most services that will be deducted from the price of the service.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

A  $20 deposit is required for most services - this will be deducted from the fee of the service. This is refundable as long as any changes or cancellations are made with at least 48 hours notice. If changes are made later, this deposit will be credited to your account but you will be required to pay another deposit to rebook.
